Spring 2020 Eggsaminer - REAL Eggs for Gen Z

Dear Reader,

The white paper chronicling Generation Z for this issue was mostly completed in February prior to the unprecedented circumstances in which we now find ourselves. As a result, the majority of the information reflects this young generation of digital natives in that context – when they were still attending school and going to work outside the home.

Gen Z is well suited to cope with the uncertain times ahead, yet undoubtedly some of their habits will change as the country evolves to a new ‘normal.’ In order to keep you informed about these changes, we’ll monitor the marketplace and provide regular updates on what is happening with Gen Z in relation to food product development.
