Soba Noodles cooked al dente, drained and rinsed

Sesame ginger stir-fry sauce commercially-prepared, served warm

- Heat oiled stir-fry pan. Sauté vegetable blend. Add noodles, ginger, and sesame seeds, and stir until heated through.
- Place in large serving bowl and top with chopped eggs in circle.
- Drizzle sesame ginger sauce over top and garnish with wonton strips and scallions. Serve immediately.
*If using peeled hard-cooked egg product.
