As with all natural foods, enjoy, just don't overdo it. As you suggest, eggs are full of great nutrients. When you eat one, your cholesterol isn't going to be overboard at once, just don't eat three with bacon! This goes for a lot of 'bad' foods. In a healthy balanced diet, there's little reason to worry when eating this type of food.

It's interesting to see how fast food restaurants are trying to capitalize on breakfast. People know they are supposed to eat breakfast, but often don't have time to actually sit down and have a real meal. By adding more breakfast items, fast food restaurants are increasing their appeal.

A breakfast pizza sounds like a great idea! It can be customized to include your favorite pizza and breakfast ingredients, creating a unique dish every time. Families with picky eaters don't have to fight over what kind of pizza to make for dinner, you just make several small ones with different toppings!

Other restaurants outside of fast food could take advantage of this growing trend. Bakeries, for instance, could serve breakfast turnovers to entice families in for a quick yet filling meal. It is a trend worth looking in to.

It is very interesting to see how eating habits develop and change. Most adults make sure their children get breakfast (even if it's just a bowl of cereal or piece of toast) but not as many take the time to sit down and eat a full breakfast for themselves. It is good to see that more and more adults are making sure they don't skip breakfast.

Breakfast is often called the most important meal of the day, so consumers have started to expect the best ingredients! A good breakfast shouldn't just be reserved for the weekend, so diners want their weekday breakfasts to match up. The fast food industry realizes this, but also knows people are usually in a hurry in the morning. They've managed to blend what they do (fast food) with what the consumer wants.
